How much energetic confidence do you put behind what you're selling?

It's likely that parts of you do completely trust and believe in your offering, otherwise it wouldn't exist. Whether it's a product, service, or experience, some magic came together for you to create it, and a big part of you knows how valuable it is.

However, some other parts of you might be getting in the way. Causing anxiety, creating unhelpful self-doubts, feeling scared, or being downright mean about this beautiful thing you've created. What we do in coaching is meet these parts, listen to them, and decide if they have anything useful to say. Often they do, and once they've been heard we can alchemise them into supporting you and your business - often our biggest icks are hiding powerful messages.

Understanding these helps us create next-level depth of marketing content.

We also work to help your body get comfortable with this brave new version of yourself. The one that can deflect critique and breathe calm and spaciousness into anxiety. From a regulated nervous system, our 'adult' brain (rather than inner child or inner critic) has a much stronger chance of running the show. Our adult brain is the one we appoint as chief of marketing.

Fear and doubt can rarely be excluded altogether, but after our coaching programme they become manageable whispers in the background and won't get in the way of you marketing your brilliant business...

After this, your six coaching sessions can be arranged over 6 or 12 weeks, online or in person in Falmouth, Cornwall. Your investment is £650, plus your dedicated time and energy over the course of the programme. You also have downloadable access to all my workbooks and recorded sessions.
